     Jacob Camichel was born on 2 January 1807 at Riein, Graubünden, Switzerland, .1 He was the son of Martin Camichel and Barbla Claruss.1 Jacob Camichel married Mengia Willi, daughter of Moritz (Murrezzan) Willi and Christina Caviezel, on 9 May 1837 at S-chanf, Graubünden, Switzerland, .1 Jacob Camichel died in 1890 at S-chanf, Graubünden.1

  • Jacob Camichel The Willi family, together with the Caspesch and Caviezel families, was one of the first Riein families to move to the Engadin. Moritz Willi arrived with his family in s-chanf in 1810. Jacob Camichel, his future son-in-law, arrived in S-chanf in 1830. (1835 Census Records.)1
